We haven't had internet connection since Saturday... tsk! tsk! tsk!
Here's an sms/text message I recevied on Saturday & Sunday:
"5488: Please be informed that we are currently undergoing technical activities in BTS 999 Palatiw that will affect your internet connection. Rest assured that your connection will be restored as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience."
This is the 2nd time this has happened. Last timt it was for three days...
I was told by customer service that I can get a rebate... we'll see...
If it happens again, i may have to move to another ISP. It's ashame because they were realy quick in putting up a connection. But frequent technical problems is a real drag especially if one is a regular internet user.. ie MOI!
